General maintenance, painting and porch repair 

Price Anniversary House has seen a lot of history throughout the years. It has witnessed the highs and lows of Pismo Beach and hosted many significant events. This unique home has a story to tell, and it would be a loss if our community couldn’t hear it.

Historic homes require significant repair and upkeep – but with routine maintenance, the time and expense associated with those repairs can be substantially reduced.

Since 1991, Friends of Price House has been making sure that those repairs and upkeep are completed, preserving the historic components, finishes, and structural details.

General maintenance planned for 2022/2023 includes refurbishing both the front and rear porches, pressure washing, exterior wood repair, and painting including windows.
